Peru Project: By Understory Enterprises

Our breeding efforts in Peru have been downsized considerably to allow for the growth and realization of other goals. We have achieved more than we dreamed possible in Peru when we first set out upon this endeavor more than 6 years ago. We now need the time to enjoy these successes. We will continue to work with a variety of frogs within ZEF in Peru and strive towards the establishment of these and other new magnificent frogs in captivity. Any future exports of farmed animals from Peru will be simply to augment our breeding groups at UE. As has long been the case with most of the Peruvian frogs we have offered in the past, all of the frogs we sell are captive bred at UE in Canada, produced from farmed imports from Peru

Important Notice: We need to bring attention to who our distributing partners are. It has been increasingly brought to our attention that frogs are being traded in Europe as legal "Understory" farmed raised, frogs that we are either not working with, or have not yet exported to Europe. With this in mind I urge that prospective buyers ask for CITES permit numbers from their suppliers. Our distributors are all able supply this.

In Europe at this time we exclusively deal with Peruvian Frogimport.

Any other dealers claiming to offer animals directly obtained from UE in Europe is misleading you. New species/morph offerings will be offered first and only through this distributor.
